Inti Academy Receives Critical Support from Charitable Gaming at Filotimo
January 18, 2022 – Manchester – Filotimo Casino Sportsbook and Restaurant is proud to have partnered with the Inti Academy for ten days of charitable gaming where the non-profit received over $69-thousand dollars that will allow it to further its mission of helping area kids.
Inti Academy was founded in 2009 with a mission to serve the youth of New Hampshire, especially refugee, immigrant, and disadvantaged children, by supporting soccer, academics, art, music, and other enriching forms of activity and education.
The name Inti reflects the Bolivian heritage of one of Inti’s founders. Inti is the Incan word for the sun that is the source of light, life, and growth. Inti brightens the lives of New Hampshire youth and nourishes their growth.
Proceeds from the charitable gaming at Filotimo will fund scholarships over the next year for refugee, immigrant and disadvantaged youth of Manchester so that they can play after-school soccer, participate in soccer leagues and tournaments, attend summer camps, and join other enriching programs.
