Statement on COVID-19 • 11/29/2020

It has come to our attention that a few employees have tested positive for COVID-19 here at Filotimo Casino & Sportsbook. We would like to inform our valued customers of the positive cases. We have informed our staff and urged anyone who is feeling symptoms to please follow proper protocols and undergo a COVID-19 test. The dates of possible exposure are Friday, November 27th and Saturday, November 28th.

At the Filotimo Casino & Sportsbook, we and our employees are committed to providing the safest possible experience for our customers. Since we re-opened during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have followed all state mandates. In addition to our new state-of-the-art HVAC system installed as part of our multi-million dollar renovation, we also adhere to the strictest safety guidelines. We conduct regular cleaning of all equipment and mandate mask-wearing by staff and customers. Currently, all employees must fill out a health screening form and take their temperature prior to their shifts.

Filotimo is a Greek word with no direct translation – but has many meanings including hospitality, philanthropy, love of family, love of country, love of one’s society, and dedication to the greater good. We are always committed to doing what’s right and helping the greater good. Additionally, we are proud to be helping hundreds of local charities with funds they desperately need through our charitable gaming. We know charitable gaming is making a difference in New Hampshire and is helping our non-profits care for some of our state’s most vulnerable populations that depend on their services, especially during these difficult times.

We appreciate your support and patronage and plan to remain open for business as usual. As a matter of practice, with the safety and well-being of everyone in mind, we will continue to provide updates on any new developments at our facility so that all of our guests have the most up-to-date information.
